Hormozi built and sold a chain of gyms, then a licensing business, and now runs a portfolio company while giving away the playbook. His whole message is anti-secret: there is no trick, the returns come from doing the obvious thing at a volume nobody else is willing to sustain. He says it more bluntly than that.
